Lenovo — lenovo pb2-670m defective touch

Resp sir my self dr shiv from una himachal pradesh i purchased lenovo phab plus 2 smartphone from amazon 3 month back but from last month i faced a problem with phone the touch screen from upward area is not working properly
And i go to local service centre in una at my place but they tell we not do anything because we have not service phablet and ask me to go chandigarh for service
Sir what is the benefits if lenovo service centres doesn't give service to the lenovo customer
I have no tym to go for chandigarh pls give me solution for this defective phone, pls do my favour otherwise i take some action
