Lenovo — Lenovo tab purchased on jan'14, 2017 - warranty issue | |||||
I purchased lenovo tab b6000 from viveks, one of the reputed dealers in chennai on january 14th 2017. Now the tab does not charge and the server center says that the tab is not under warranty due to the fact that there is a delay of 36 months from purchase date and the shipment date from lenovo to the dealer. But, this is not an issue from a customer point. I have the bill and it is only 4 months from purchase date and i am entitled for a warranty. Was this information helpful? | |||||
