Lenovo — Lenovo Thinkpad Stopped Charging - Replacement

I am very much disappointed😣 with lenovo's third quality products. After multiple time changing parts my system is still switched off and I don't know when my issue will be fixed. I have lots of work pending and my whole data is in the and laptop.

Lenovo team is just playing a puzzle game by changing the motherboard one time, 2 times, 3 times and don't know how many times. They are just wasting my money and time.

I request you to please took back your third quality product and refund my money or issue me a new genuine Lenovo laptop.

I don't need your repair solutions and wait for such a long time. I just need my money. Please understand my problem and respond me immediately.

Your first product was also faulty whose speakers were not working, thank god i came to that within 7 days. Replaced new laptop is also faulty, its third month and motherboard is dead, not a single time.

I don't need repair. I need my money back or issue me a new genuine laptop.
