Lenovo — Lenovo Zuk z1 mobiles defect

I bought a mobile through online on Feb 4 2017from Amazon, there was a due date till feb16 2017, the product I full defective piece, I reported it to Amazon before due date Feb 16 2017
They said there will be replacement for this and I waited till Feb 19 and when I call on Feb 19 2017 they said the due date is over and they can't replace they totally cheated me
Though I have reported before due date of return they r not agreeing me and now they r saying they r not responsible
So plzz help me

My laptop screen has been broken and there is only partial display that works due to the damage.The screen has been damaged internally and all the other parts on the exteriors are working just fine. The mouse of the laptop also has been stopped working.
