Lenovo — Malfunctioning of mobile phone

I have purchased a Lenovo A536 mobile through online on dt.01.12.2014. The said phone is not functioning. I have given it to the Service Centre at Balangir, Orissa-767002 on dt.11.10.2015. Till date, he has not repaired the same and telling that, the mother board and the camera is damaged. I am facing problem without the mobile. hence I request you to repair the same immediately or otherwise supply me a new phone as soon as possible.
