Lenovo — No customer care benefits | |||
Sir/mam, I have brought a lenovo k6 from purulia, mohan electronics.3weeks ago it showed some battery issues and the set stopped working. Upon reaching the nearby care they said that lenovo servicing is currently closed in purulia until further notice. I am a student and a smartphone is very essential for studies now-a-days. Getting no services had rendered my phone useless for the last three weeks.
