Lenovo — non returning of laptop given for service under warranty period for last 04/02/2015

i have given my laptop on service on 04/02/2015 due to its slow processing. it was supposed to deliver on08/02/2015 but from that day they are extending delivery period for every next three days and it is not delivered till 19/02/2015.moreover they are charging Rs.1700 as service charges. If My laptop is still under warranty period why i need to pay such charges.

Lenovo is a company that does not know how to do anything but tell lies. I recently had problems for the 5th time since making the mistake of buying Lenovo last July 2014. I paid extra for next day on site repair. They took 11 days to repair my notebook with no explanation at all and no apology. Everything they have ever told me turns out to be a lie so don't expect to get any satisfaction from them. I will buy an Apple the next time around.
