Lenovo — not fulfilling the request in time

My lenovo id is [protected]@gmail.com and i have ordered the gaming gear but till now i haven't received the same. Its approx more than 2 month and till now i have not received it. The customer service is worst as i have called it many times but after the computerized voice the call is disconnected. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. My phone number is [protected] call me for this matter. Now i don't want it anymore so return my money back as the service is worst of lenovo.
