Lenovo — poor customer service in service centers

Hi i have a lenovo all in one pc. It is out of warranty. Few weeks back it had a problem as it was not booting up properly. So i gave to to the authorized service centre. They serviced it and gave it back. After a day same problem started to occur again, so i gave back to them for a check. They said that there is a problem in the cable and they will check it by replacing cable..
But no update they have given.. Its nearly a month now since i have given it to them..
They are saying that the cable has not yet arrived yet and they themselves do not have the idea when it will come.. And their converstion with the customer is a bit rude.. This is happening to me the second time...
Really poor service of lenovo..
Ill simply suggest my friends not to buy lenovo products
