Lenovo — Product quality and service issue | |||
I have purchased two B40-80 notebook and 1-2 ThinkPad System from Lenovo in August 2015 but we are facing some issues with one of our machine which we have submitted at Lenovo Service Center. But the service center people is not addressing our issue properly and they haven’t listed out all of the issues at our “Pre Repair Acknowledgment Slip” and just returned the system back to us. Main Issues are :- 1. Notebook USB ports are not working properly, External USB HDD / mobiles / other storage devices are not operating properly and sometimes system unable to detect the OTG devices. 2. Screws are coming out of cabinet automatically (Quality Issue of the body). After 1 Month same issue is again highlighted within the system. I have addressed mail to Lenovo care and they are refusing to provide any support related to following :- 1- Screws are not covered in warrentee . 2- There is no service on the spot, we have to bring Notebook to service center. It is very strange incident that screws of laptops are falling automatically and compeny dosent treat this as an quality matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
