My father bought Lenovo yoga tablet from Reliance Digital, Esplanade, Bhubaneswar Odisha on 21st Jan 2022. The product showed issues and did not start within one month of its use. And hence has been given to customer care for services where it was notified that the mother board needs to be exchanged. On given the receipt, we observed that the date of waranty starts from 8th September 2021. How can this be possible if the product was bought in January 2022. Kindly look into this issue and help us out here. It looks like an old device may have been sold to my father by the store, which is not acceptable. Otherwise how can the waranty start before the date of purchase and device showing issues just within a month. Being a lenovo user myself, I know the efficiency of the products, so its unbelievable that a new device can show such issues in such a short time.
