My issue is when I placed when Lenovo clearly stated your payment authorization has failed - I retried and it failed again. -- have documentary evidence
I raised a dispute with the bank as the charges indicated was debited from my CC - SR[protected]
I received a message in the morning from Lenovo stating both orders were confirmed
I called Lenovo and cancelled the order - they confirmed the order was cancelled in writing - have documentary evidence
ICIC Bank did not communicate any information about my dispute and I kept on calling for no response [this is expected from them or from any bank - its sad and pathetic]
ICICI charged me back on the dispute and again did not communicate status or rationale?
Lenovo has also submitted an EMI for a laptop I did not receive - and I am expected to pay for it? [this was not expected]
Lenovo has not even reimbursed my charge for cancelled order
I am now paying for two laptops, and its EMI + interest.. and this has been now going on for a month Was this information helpful? |
