Lenovo — required meaning of warranty | |||
I have Lenovo K8 Note under warranty. Due to charging issue I have shown my phone to Vashi Lenovo authorized service center. After investigation, concerned person told me connector has displaced from it's board/position and it has to replaced and it is not coming under warranty.For your inforamation It was not Liquid damaged nor physical damaged and costs me around 1250/- Due to my urgent requirement, I paid said amount. But I am unhappy with your service, as there was no liquid damaged and mobile is under warranty. My simple question is why your company gives warranty, what parts you can replace under warranty? It's a simple logic no one can purposely brake charging connector and also I have never given to phone any under age person. How can you take charges for such circumstances. Sorry to say, If you are giving sevices like no one will believe on your brand and This my last Lenovo product.
