[Resolved] Lenovo — Thinkpad machine issue fix

The worst service response i have received. I have 3 years onsite and home service subscription and never responded by lenovo thinkpad service.

I have subscription as below and they told me, we will not provide service and not come to your place to solve the issue.

Onsite product warranty end date: 9/29/2017
Customer onsite warranty end date: 9/29/2019

Updated by sanketg Also, today (22nd March), I called and there are more than 10 calls transfer 1 team to other person and I really tried with this service. Lastly they told me, we can not provide the home service.

IF you not provide then what is the meaning of this subscription??

Updated by sanketg Everytime, system is showing calibrate your battery. Also, The software links provided by Lenovo team was not works.

Updated by sanketg Just come to know, during live Trouble Shooting with your Lenovo Executive, Lenovo Ahmedabad Authorized Service Center who has installed not supported Calibration Software and due to this I have wasted my so much times and energy here to fix the issue raised/created by your service center.
