Lenovo — Thinkpad Speed issue for last 7 months | |
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Computers & Consumer Electronics The issue that I have experienced was: The ticket numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] pertaining to Speed issue and Battery issue with my machine remains unresolved for 7 months in a row now. Surprisingly, all tickets are marked as resolved without actually resolving it. Request this be taken on highest priority It occurred on: 21/07/2021 Lenovo should without delay attend to problem as per agreement in AMC. I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
