Lenovo — waiting for lenovo service engineer after commitment | |||
Still i'm waiting for your engineer. There no updates, when he come for repair my laptop. I was doing the complaint last 10 days but still no visit from lenovo service center still not provide any help. He saying every time our service engineer is come before 2pm or tommorow on your place? There is no service provide me till date. I'm very irritating with lenovo services. I purchased PC in Jan 2016 paying INR 42000. Suddenly display not coming from last 2 weeks.
handed over to your service center in Jayanagar and came to know thar RAM has to be replaced at cost of Rs6500.
This is highly disappointing. Lenova has short product life cycle.
I will give negative feed back on lenova products to all my friends
