Lenskart — abnormal delay in delivery

Dear sir/madam,
This is to inform you that despite paying the full amount of rs.4628 on 20/03/2020 for procuring two new spectacles (Id numbers 33346618 and[protected], no proper action has been taken to deliver them till date.
I made several phone calls to you to deliver my wife 's spec urgently but nothing has been done so far.
As this service is out of the lockdown criteria, i have failed to understand why you have taken so long time to deliver.
I, therefore request you to do the needful.

Updated by gsircar66 No steps have been taken by Lenskart to deliver our specs so far, cancellation of Gold card membership and refunding Rs.600 has not been made so far. The company is simply harassing us for a considerable period of time.
