[Resolved] Lenskart — bed frame quality with no guarantee and replacement | |||
I purchased almost 4 to 5 set of glass. I had issue for 2 pieces of glasses with very bad quality frame were provided. Despite of one year guarantee specified while purchase, i am still not happy with your service at vasai outlet. It is not even one year completion that the frame was broken. I am truly disappointed as its not value for money. Moreover, when i tried to raise a complain to fix it, the service center replied "this particular frame has no replacement or repair". Due to such bad experience, its for sure that i wont be henceforth purchasing such brand. I hope you will take my request and look into such issue ahead of time. Was this information helpful? | |||
