[Resolved] Lenskart — Delivery issue-(order no. [protected]) | |||
Hello Team, I trusted to lenskart and so I purchase a product from them but the team are making fools to the customers. They marked the product delivered with the name of someone else and I didn't get a single call from courier guy i.e. bluedart for delivery. Then I am unable to understand how can they delivered the product to a person whose name I never heard. 1st day of delivery I mentioned the bluedart team that "I don't know anyone near to me because I was not available on the 1st day of delivery so please do not deliver on 1st day" but on 2nd day I was waiting in my room for delivery because I got a message regarding delivery but suddenly it was showing delivered. I complaints many times to lenskart customer care but they need every time 24-48 hrs.. and not resolving the issue. I have shared every single details with them but they are not resolving the issue. Now I am going to hometown and the same thing I mentioned to the team but instead of resolving the issue they are extending the date to resolve it. They shared proof of delkivery where the name mentioned is "Nihal" but the question is "who is Nihaal?". I am living in a flat where I do not know anyone near me whose name is Nihal and I am very less connected with my near by people. The lenskart is looks like a fake brand and they neither delivering the product not refunding the money. Lenskart thinks that because of this is a brand so they can do anything whatever they want but this is a Fraud and untrusted company. And the most funny things when i already complaints about the undelivery of the product then they are sending me mail for the feedback of product. SHAME on Lenskart. I am attaching the screenshot of the order and also where they requesting for feedback. Right now I do not need product, i need refund because I am going my hometown and so I request ypou to please investigate on this and resolve this as soon as possible.
