I bought frame and lens from hsr layout store as on 05th nov. I did the power testing at the same store and my power was - 0.50 on right eye and - 0.75 for left. I got the product after 15 days. I started using the glasess but started having severe head ache. Later i went to the store on 7th jan and asked the csr to check the power on the glass and it was realised that the power on right eye was 1.50. They apologised and took the product stating will replace with correct lenses and we will get within 4 days. We have been thrice to the shop and called twice till date the product is not received. Every time we have to explain what is the issue and then they realize the mistake and will give 4 days time to rectify.. I feel like an idoit when talking to your people as i have to explain things for a product which i have already paid..
