[Resolved] Lenskart — faulty product delivery and delay in return | |
I had ordered for 1 pair of contact lenses. Order no [protected] dated 16/06/2018. In one box the produst was different. Then I requested to cancel my order and requested for refund. I requested to cancel because this is the second time it happend with me. Last year also I requested for 1 pair of contact lenses but I got faulty /damaged product. That time I requested for exchange. But this time I lost my patience and requested for refund. But till date my request not been resolved and not received the refund. They are saying that they received only one packet. How can it be possible because in one big box two small packets of each lens were kept and it was packed. Both small packets were already sealed packs as I did not open it. It is really harrassment and lot many times I have to take follow for the status of the request.
