[Resolved] Lenskart — haven't received the cash back voucher | |||||
Hi, I have purchased the eyeglass from lenskart on 25th of december 2017. While placing the ordered i have applied the 50% cashback voucher code for which i have taken the screenshot which i have forwarded them through mail. But due to some ambiguity it was not reflected to there server, so for that i got a call from the resolution officer mr. Suraj verma. He clearly said that if i will go for the replacement for the same product i will be getting the voucher. So i agreed and have done the replacement. When the replaced product was shipped that time also i got the call for the confirmation that time they said that i will be receiving the voucher by the end of january 2018. Now whenever i will call them regarding the voucher they used to reply that it will take more 24 to 48 hrs. From past 7 days i am getting the same reply. I have also recorded the call once which in that she said that i will be getting a call from there side form the senior supervisor mrs. Asra. I am also attaching the screenshot of the mail and the recorded call. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jun 15, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I got the call from the senior executive and they have provided the voucher. Lenskart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. We are, for now, closing the ticket raised for your concern and in case you need any further assistance then you may revert to the email and your ticket will be re-opened automatically.
