[Resolved] Lenskart — Lenses ordered on 6th september not yet dispatched | |||||
Order not dispatched after one month Order No : [protected] I ordered 6 pairs of contact lenses(bausch and Lomb) from lenskart and had given delivery address wrongly by mistake. I contacted them to modify the same and they took 10-15 days to modify that and they took in a Return to origin(RTO) request a month back. I am in dire need of the contact lenses as my old pack has already expired and these people haven't done anything to dispatch it to chennai from Dehi.
