Lenskart — Made payment for the order 8 days before and it's still not processed | |
I made an order from Lenskart on 20th October 2020. The purchase was for Rs. 5332.23 On 23rd one of the executive called me and said that they are going to cancel the order and they will refund the amount which I paid. I asked for the reason and he (executive) said that the order is cancelling because of the high discount which unexpectedly added on that order (very funny. rit?). I said OK and I didn't receive any SMS or email reg that. So on 24th I contacted the customer care again and now another executive told me that is was not able to view my order, so she is going to raise a complaint to the corresponding department and asked me to wait for 24-48 hrs. I waited till 26th and I contacted the customer care again. The executive again asked me to wait for 24-48 hrs for a resolution. Today on 28th, I contacted the customer care (4th time) and I heard the same thing from him too. I need to wait for 24-48 hrs for a resolution. I made the purchase on 20th by paying an amount of Rs. 5332.23. Today is 28th. Till today, there neither processing the order nor refunding the amount. Can anybody suggest me what should i do?
