[Resolved] Lenskart — no update about defective product submitted to the local store | |||||
Hi team, I had purchased two specs in the month of may 2018 (John jacob) and one of it turns out to be defective as the frame got loose from the front hinge of a rimless model. We had submitted the item to the local lenskart store in wakad which they said they will replace with the next 5 days. Submitted it on 1st december and after that we are following up with them and they don't have a definite response. This is really irritating as they don't have any timeline. Please look into this issue and this is a very bad experience that we are having after trusting lenskart to be best in its area.
