[Resolved] Lenskart — not receiving the product even after 14 days | |||||
I've placed an order of 2specs (Order: #[protected]) on 29th november 2018. Initially i got 1specs, but it's power was wrong. I had given it for replacement and was told that i will get it by 6th... But it was delayed. The second specs was supposed to be delivered before 8th december, but i haven't received it yet. Everyday since last 3days the store is telling me that it will be on the store within a few hours, but it has not yet arrived. Today they told me it will be delivered at my home (Even took the home address) but even now it is not delivered. This is really unprofessional behaviour by lenskart and its staff and i need someone to look into this asap. Also, i'm getting messages of getting rs2001.18 money back in my lenskart wallet due to delay, but i want this money back in my bank account as i would not be using lenskart ever again, so i do not need lenskart cash. Please deliver my specs asap and return this rs2001 to my bank account. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||||
