[Resolved] Lenskart — old & delicate product

It is not even 1 week of time of receiving my order from Lenskart. The specs are very old and delicate. Also there are lot of scratches on them. The staff has clearly told me that it's unbreakable but its broken.
Not happy with service as well, still the status of my order is not updated in my account, showing as processing.
I want to replace them ASAP.
Please do the needful

Updated by Kavya ch I have no information on my order, they took 20 days of time even after frequent visit to the store. The status is not updated yet in my account. Showing processing.
Received very poor and delicate OLD frame, broke within 1 week time of receiving.
This is not fair, spent a lot. The staff assured me that frame is unbreakable.
How it is possible that both the legs are broken. Also there are lot of scratches on my received specs.
I need serious action this.
