I purchased a sunglass (Order id: [protected]).
The quality of the sunglass (Grey) was not up to the marks.
Got it replaced by Visiting Lenskart store (Laxmi Nagar). Store Manager (Prince Jain) helped me in replacing the item.
The quality of received sunglass was even worse this time.
I visited the store once again on 29 Oct 2022. Mr. Prince Jain sent the item to Quality Check and informed me that the item will be delivered to my home address on 30 Oct 2022.
I got no response from Lenskart. This cannot be even tracked, because there is no recording of this incident on my order id on the app.
So I visited the store today i.e. on 2 Nov 2022. The store manager was on leave. I requested a store person to give me my product. The store person told me that my product is on its way from the CP Store and it will be at the store in 15 mins. So I told her that I will wait.
After a few minutes, I received a call from +91 [protected]. This was Mr. Prince's call. He bombarded me with his authoritative tone and told me that "I called you two days back and because you didn't receive the call that's why I didn't send the item to your address. And your item is not available today, You can take your item tomorrow from the store."
I tried to make him understand that "he committed to me earlier (on 29 Oct) that my product will be delivered on 30 Oct.
But he kept raising his voice on the call and misbehaved with foul language as well.
I want to register this incident here and want a proper enquiry to be held to understand how consumer friendly Mr. Prince Jain is and is he even competent enough to manage a large store like Laxmi Nagar where all your competitors like Framekart and Titan eye plus are present within a few steps away.
