[Resolved] Lenskart — pathetic service | |||
I got my eye check-up done at the lenskart store in the ECX Mall of India, Noida and ordered specs as per their suggestion. They said it would be delivered in 3-4 days time. When I came to pick my specs, it was not the frame that I chose and they were absolutely clueless what to do. They kept searching for the frame that I selected which even I couldn’t remember now. I had to ask for a refund as they had no solution to offer. It was a total waste of time, also such a pathetic service! People should rather go to an eye specialist and get it done, not to a lenskart store for sure! Was this information helpful? | |||
