Hello, My order id id [protected], this order is for old product replacement is store that time same product not avail that why select other one ( Product Id : 117892) in Pandari Store Raipur Chhattisgarh there is some difr amount Rs. 1120.00 paid this amount by UPI and Debit Card. Your Store manager told me Sir your product replace with Rs. 00.00 amount and your all amount refund in 48hrs to 72hrs. After long conversation your store manager take my bank details for refund but i get any refund from lenskart. This is not short out in 22 nov 2020 to 21 dec 2020 in one month. I have attached my UPI Transaction details, I need to refund my amount as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
