[Resolved] Lenskart — Payment successfully done but still showing pending | |
I have ordered 2 spectacles from lenskart on 24th september 2020 and successfully done the payment through upi worth rs 2183 but the payment is still showing pending and they haven't taken any action. It is the 4th day and still they haven't refunded my money back or have changed the status to paid Now they are trying to ignore it by not replying back and neither i am able to get in contact with them as there lines always gets auto disconnected. I have ordered 2 spectacles from lenskart on 19/5/21 and successfully done the payment through debit card worth rs 3580 but the payment is still showing pending. I do not understand what to do. I am very tense. Customer say not receive your money. Please anybody help me.
