[Resolved] Lenskart — payment successfully made, but they deny that. | |||
Hi, My name is rathish. I made an order via lenskart for about rs.1676. I made the online payment through the upi payment mode that they provided. After i made the payment, they deny that the payment was made at all. I have also submitted the receipt for proof for them. They still do not agree and keep sending me options and links to make repayment. Attaching screenshots and proof documents for the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
