Lenskart — Pickup of the return product not done yet and no response for emails sent about the status | |
Hi Team, On Feb 7 2020, I have raised return request and it was accepted as per policy. And the pick up was suppose to dome by 48 hours. But neither the pick nor any refund done for the order Id [protected]. I have raised several emails to pick and confirm on the status. But no response for my email on feb and mar 12. After that Due to covid I was not getting any update from lenskart and whenever I try to connect them over phone or email no response. I emailed lenskart on feb, mar, aug, nov and dec this month I somehow connected over call. Executive jotsna over call said pickup will not be done straight way without even updating me on the pickup status and not providing response to my emails. Please find attached all the pickup and return details and no response for my emails from lenskart for the continuous follow up. I request you to please pickup the product and process for refund.
