I had bought frame for my child in dec 2017 which has no issue the other one bought in jan 2018 had started damaging with in month and issue was rubber on frame breaking from both sides which was the replaced in march but the another frame i got in replacement is started giving same problem with in six months and issue when i complained about same they said i broke it with teeth... How rediclous it is... And my frame follws under warranty of one year... When product was sold it has been informed about warranty but when ask for replacement they blame us...
