[Resolved]  Lenskart — product not delivered but lenskart claiming it to be delivered

I ordered an eyeglass from lenskart online on[protected] with the order id: [protected] for ₹ 3484.
Still i am waiting for the product but lenskart is claiming, that it has been delivered already.
After i asked for the proof of delivery, lenskart provided a fake one. It's been quite a some time now. No help from customer care advisor also. Hope this platform helps..
