My product was stocked out after 12 hours of me paying the full amount on the app. I also hold a gold membership, i tried reaching out to you via your app customer care and also through call but the ivrs said that customer care is unavailable. Please help me resolve this problem.
This is unacceptable as you took my money and on the app the products i ordered are still available i can add them to my cart again.
If there is any sort of misunderstanding, then pls clarify.
