We have placed the order & Paid personally at Lenskart outlet Pheonix Market city Kurla West Mumbai outlet on 31 Jan 2021 order no[protected] / invoice no INVHR [protected] for my wife's glasses which were earlier reading but now reading & distance. First instance wrong measurements due to which she couldn't see at a distance. Further delay by 7 days. 2nd instance afer using the glasses for two days the left hand stick broke. And we went to the store ..agreed on replacing further delay of 7 days . 3rd instance after 3 days again the same situation the right hand stick broke. Store agreed that it could be a defective consignment and agreed to replace further delay of 7 days . 4th instance By now we have been to the store a total of 4 times incurring expense of transportation of 300 rs each time. Besides loss of tome and Risk of venturing out during Covid times . ( Keep in mind we are both 57 years of age )So we requested it to be couriered but when we received the courier .The Glasses were Bifocal and not progressive.. 5th instance .. again we are back to the store after several rounds of apologies by the staff they promised they will take up for quick delivery and also Compensation for the haarresment caused from day 1. Intially it said Delivery on 2oth March, after a Day it became 23rd March and today it says 25th march . Its not a replacement of Shampoo bottle.Its reading and viewing glasses of a DIABETIC Person. Can you imagine a DIABETIC with eyesight issue of NEAR & DISTANCE both being without Glasses since 31Jan 2021 and today is 17th March.. This is negligence and haarresment. Is unacceptable.
