[Resolved] Lenskart — refund for my transaction | |||
On 27th july i have purchased frames from lenskart, in chandigarh. That was for rs 4446.. And i have paid them from phonepe app. My first transaction was declined but the amount was deducted from my account. And the second was was successful, so again 4446 rs were deduted. So the balance was deducted twice from my account on a single purchase.. But they have not refunded my amount till now. Instead, they are asking me again and again for the transaction id's.. Which i gave them but still, they have not initiated my refund Was this information helpful? | |||
