Hello,
I have placed an oder on 15th October.My order ID is [protected]. I have received the order on 19 th of October 2022. Due to the wrong power number I requested a refund. pickup which was done on 22 oct. I have contacted with the customer care and they have registered my complain with complaint number 18499478 and asked me to wait for 24-48 hours. Even after 7 days of waiting period. I did not get a complete refund. I want the entire amount that's it. I didn't ask for a membership. So just refund what I have paid.
I'm upset with the ethics and customer service of lenskart therefore I'm bound to go to Consumer court.
Consider this as a formal request before proceeding ahead.
Kindly refund my entire amount within next 48 hours else I'll have to look at the consumer forum for support. Confirmation of Product pickup and assurance of solving the issue with the customer care is attached below for ready reference.
