[Resolved]  Lenskart — refund of my money

When you order multiple products on lenskart, you cant return just one product and get back the money. You meed to return all the products and take the money back which is not even clearly mention in their terms & conditions.

Unlike other online store where we can purchase many product and without any problem you can return a product and get ur money back.

We already had a discussion on this matter & wanted to clear one thing that i have not purchased the product under buy 1 & get 1 free.
I have paid the equal price for all the products i have purchased without Applying any code on it.

I had a word with u and you told that i will be getting my money back in my account.

As per your requirement, kindly check the amount of your frame which you have mentioned. Each frame is of 599 rs. So how come i choose an offer of buy one & get one free.

Kindly check one more thing in the screenshot that the frame was of 0 rs. And anti glare lens were of 1000rs each.

Even Lenskart dont deserve 1 star.. Every single time of my purchase, they have created issues.. Every time. Sometimes wrong power, sometimes fasle messages that product is delivered and sometimes issue with the payment.
