[Resolved] Lenskart — refusing to refund my amount | |||
Lenskart recieved a payment on the 19th of september from me via online banking and the transaction was canceled but the amount was successfully transferred to them. I provided them with me bank transaction and details of the payment and they kept asking me to ask my bank to file a charge back which my bank said is not possible as they never refunded the money. My complaint no. Which remains open for the last 25 days is 6802464 The transaction details are as follows Payee[protected] Payment id[protected] Idbi bank india When i asked lenskart to provide me the details of the refund they sent they were unable to do so. Please help me get my refund. It is almost a month and i have made countless calls to them and spent countselll hours with them. They constantly keep dropping my calls and not reply to my emails.
