[Resolved] Lenskart — return and refund not done for repetitive return requests

I requested return for both the products and refunds in original mode of payment but after return pending status lenskart changed to delivered ignoring return requests. Courier didnt contact me for return also.
Kindly take stringent steps for cheating against lenskart and courier.
