[Resolved] Lenskart — sales assistant

I bought two spectacles from cp (Connaught palace) lenskart shop. I asked the sales guy whether he can deliver one of the specs to kanpur, he assures us and he was in such a rush to confirmed our order that he doesn't even note down the address. After one week when my friend went to collect her specs, her frame doesn't hold lens which was not inform prior. And the one spec which was supposed to deliver to kanpur is not delivered yet. I had purchased one anti glare and blue coat glass with frame from lenskart by online shopping at their website . On 13th march it was delievered to me but it was broken within a month. Now they are saying it will not be replaced. Although service was good before purchasing new frame but service afterward is really not satisfactory.
