We visited lenskart store in Manjalpur Vadodara on 29th September but since there was some software glitch related to offers and to our surprise they asked us to leave and said will fix the problem and call back within 24 hours but it has since been more than 48 hours without any return call.
I guess this is what is called arrogance and monopolistic attitude.
