[Resolved] Lenskart — they made me use their product for 1 month and not refunding my money | |||||
I got my product and then started using it. I was not comfortable so i exchanged it and again i was not comfortable, so they convinced me to again exchange and i did that again. They made me do this for 1 month and now when still i am not comfortable they are not refunding my money. They are worst for service and now when i call customer care they are just making me fool by saying exchange the product. So should i just always exchange my product and kee spending my time to go to their shop again and again Was this information helpful? | |||||

Went to Lenskart @ Good Earth City Centre, Gurgaon store and experienced a completely non- professional attitude. Was made to wait for as long as 30 mins in order to get an eye checkup done, wherein I was forced to leave the store after such ignorance from the employees who had no advice to offer inspite of a perpetual call to my problem.
