[Resolved] Lenskart — unprofessional behaviour of sales executive | |||
I visited to u r kind outlet in dlf shopping mall at dlf phase 1 gurgoan on 11 march 2020. My wife who wanted have new reading glasses, shortlisted some design, for the billing u r executive asked my mobile no at least 5 times this was strange anyhow without getting irritate i offered my no on each occasion. After taking my no u executive instead of free me started entertaining other young visitors who came after me. I apprised u r executive that i am getting late but not only both o[censored] r executive ignored us but they were not bothered that we r leaving u r showroom. Hats off to the attitude o[censored] r team. R u deliberately deputing down-market staff or there is lack of training or their gromming.
