[Resolved] Lenskart — Wrong product received | |
Order ID: [protected] (Prepaid) The John Jacobs specs got delivered without any problems. But the lenses... Bausch & Lomb Optima 38 2 lenses (Rs 727+Rs 727 = Rs 1454) was not received instead they sent Specs lens cleaner of Aqualens worth Rs 150. It was delivered by Delhivery and the delivery code worked. Where are my LENSES?! Tried multiple times to contact the consumer care. No call back till now. Was this information helpful? | |
Dec 5, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Correspondence was done through emails and calls. Takes awhile for them to process. Hopefully they will be more responsive and faster in the future.
