Lepakshi Grama Panchayat Parking — collection of parking charges

We want to visit Lepakshi Temple with family on 27-Jan-2019 in car. We parked our car infront of gate...suddenly a person came and collected Rs50/- towards parking chages...when we demanded for ID card and uniform he was saying some stories. Even i didn't find any parking sign board and the ppl who is collecting the parking charges i seriously doubt they are below 15 years. Request you to take care of this issue ...not sure to whose pockets this collected amt is gng on. Plz find the attachments where they gave the parking slip.
