Levi's India — faded

My denim new levis jacked as faded away completely after 1st wash, this is so not taken. When i go to the store the representatives talk nonsense. This is not the first time that’s happening. Most the jeans fades away after wash. And my new jacket looks horrible and got white lines. All i want to tell u is, i don’t respect your customers. I have shopped so much in levis from past so many years and this is how u treat your customers? I’m never going to shop at levi’s and i’m spreading the word to as many people i can. There is no proper customer response unlike other brands. I regret i shopped so much from your store. Never will i step in again.
