Levi's India — levis jeans torn

This is to inform you for your knowledge that one levi’s jeans which i bought from a reputed levi’s shop from nerul, navi mumbai got damaged. (Photograph attached)
I am using levi’s jeans for years and first time experienced a situation like this. Even my 10 years old levi’s jeans also intact and fresh.

Levi’s should not compromise on quality. We are regular buyers of levi’s materials.
